Any good tips for putting on false eyelashes?

I can never get them to stay attached! Help please??Any good tips for putting on false eyelashes?
use tweezers to get them on so the glue doesnt stick to your finger instead of your eyelid. and practice a lot. It took me a while to get it down :) Good luck!Any good tips for putting on false eyelashes?
you're prolly not using the right glue

get DUO brand adhesive available @ any drugstore

use tweezers to attach them and try getting black DUO adhesive glue and put them on the lashes and apply them on

http://www.drugstore.com/qxp146391_33318鈥?/a>
put glue on the lashes and wait a while for them to get tacky (not wet) before applying them.

or it will be like a soup on your eyes and hurt to pull them off later.

if they aren't sticking, get a different glue.
use good glueee

False Eyelash NEED OPINIONS?!?

You think false eyelashes will look alright for school? It's a very natural eyelash from Red Cherry and I'm using Duo Eyelash Adhesive. I was just worried it would look too fake. It's just a ONE day thing.False Eyelash NEED OPINIONS?!?
I don't think so. I use false lashes to school everyday.

I just hate my tiny short lashes and it boosts up my eyes and makes them look wide and awake lol.

Just as long as they look natural and LOOKS natural, it'll be fine.

Otherwise, if it's dramatic lashes, it'll look too fake.False Eyelash NEED OPINIONS?!?
i personly think it will look to fake

how do u put on false eyelashes???

    any advice???

and can u were one pair multiple times???

    any other tips??

    thank you

    xxFalse eyelash know how?
Step1 First make sure you have all your items in front of you ready to be used. You want to make sure your eyes are clean and free of any mascara, eyeliner, etc.

Step2 Take the lashes from their holding base being careful not to pull too hard. Pulling too hard can cause them to break.

Step3 Take the lashes and measure them for length. If they are too long, cut off the excess at the end of the strip of lashes.

Step4 Apply a thin layer of lash glue to the base of the lashes (where they are all joined to a strip). Usually the glue says to wait 30 seconds before trying to apply but I find it is better to wait a minute so that you don't have wet glue all over your lid.

Step5 Begin application at inner base of your lashes. Line up the false lashes with your natural ones. The trick to making the lashes stick is to press down on them as you are applying from the inner to outer lid. Do the same for each eye.

Step6 When you are done applying your lashes you should take your clear mascara and apply it to blend your natural lashes with your false eyelashes.False eyelash know how?
    1. Trim the lashes.

    *

If the lash is wider than your eye, trim one side of it lash by lash.

    *

Optionally, trim the individual lashes to make them look more natural. They should be longer towards the outer corner of the eye, and the lash length should vary slightly.

    2.

Squeeze eyelash glue onto the back of your hand and run the eyelash along it. Blow softly from edge to edge to make the glue a little less runny to apply your lashes.

    3.

Pick the lashes up with tweezers and bring it as close to your natural lash line as possible.

    4.

Press from end to end and hold until the glue dries (30 seconds to a minute, or sometimes less depending upon the adhesive). This allows the glue to set so that when you lift your fingertips from it, the lashes won't come along for the ride

    5.

Apply mascara while pressing your finger behind the fake lashes. This will bond the false lashes with yours.(It may be beneficial to use an eyelash curler before applying mascara)

    6.

Fill any gaps between the false lashes and your natural lash line with eyeliner.

When removing your eyelash extensions, always be gentle. Start with a dab of eye makeup remover on a cotton swab. Gently tap the swab at the base of the lashes to loosen the glue. Lightly pull off each strand or the strip of false lashes. Clean your false eyelashes with the eye makeup remover

making sure that all the glue and mascara has been removed. As they can be reused, it is important that eyelash extensions receive a thorough cleaning and are stored in a secure case.
i use them for competitions for dance...and u can wear one pair multiple times, just dont do it TOO many times, cause then it would get gross.

theres this glue stuff you should get with the eyelashes, and itll tell you what to do.

you put a little bit of it at the part you want to put on your eye, kind of outline the rim of the eyelash, and then put it on as close to your eyelash as possible, but avoid getting glue in your eyes, and if you do, immediately rinse your eye with water
I personally try and avoid the glue as much as possible...

lightly apply the glue ... do not over do it... one at a time

quickly apply a coat of mascara then apply the eyelash to the coated eye...fit into place and apply a second then possibly a third after the second has completly dried ...

    Then the second....

Why multiple pairs... try with the third coat to brush to the outer corner of your eye (upwards of your ear) it will give you a whole lot of definition... and or liquid eyeliner first from the outcorner up... it will bring em out good...
    right....

get the adhesive/ glue put some on on the back of your hand

pick the false lashes up with tweezers slide the line of the lashes across the glue

and carefully stick as close as possible to your lash line

and if there are any gaps fill them in with eye liner

and yes they are re-usable considering you take them off properly

    oh and be patient

    =]
this might sound funny, but i put them on my dad once. lol he was a woman for a halloween party. it's easier if someone else puts them on for you. and you can wear them twice, but it's not sanitary. you just simply take the glue they give you and put them on. but what i think you should do is just use two different types of mascara on your eyelashes. that's what i do. use one for color, and buy another one for shape.
There are videos avaiable showing you how to apply them on youtube or certain websites or there should be an instruction booklet with them.

Most people advise to use tweezers to pick the lashes up glue them along the line and use the tweezers to line them up with your eye and hold them there til they are dry. As long as the lashes are still in good condition then i cant see why u cant wear them again.

    aaahmmmm....

    just passing by...

    hehehehe...

try this site on how to put your false eyelashes...

i just wonder... why do you need to use one???

    http://www.wikihow.com/Apply-False-Eyela鈥?/a>
use the glue provided to stick them on top of your real lashes

you can use them multiple times as long as you have enough glue and the lashes arent damaged:)

    have fun:) x
If you pull up your top eyelid, there is a line where you put eyeliner. Instead put the bottom of the eyelash and glue it on. Then do so on the bottom
The instructions should be on the box..

What false eyelashes should i get?

I want the kind that dont look too false but get longer towards the outer edge of my eye, Is there such a thing? What false eyelashes should i get?
yes , try mac or forever makeup ; they usually have good quality lashes .

you can always use individual lashes , they aren't the full lash so you can place them wherever you want .

use a couple long ones on the outer edge and use shorter lashes to fill in the lookWhat false eyelashes should i get?
You can buy packs of lashes that, rather than being a full set, are individual sections in different lengths so you can choose where you want to add them. Any store like Boots, Superdrug etc (if you're in the UK) sell these. Just look for ones sold as individual lashes and you can apply the longer ones to your outer eye.
