Doesnt it seem wrong for mascara companies to use false eyelashes in their commercials?

That just bugs me that they say their mascara will make your lashes ';400% longer, curl them, increase volume XX5, etc';... if the mascara is that good then why show the model with obvious false eyelashes? Or why not just get someone with naturally thick long ones? Seems like false advertising, lol!Doesnt it seem wrong for mascara companies to use false eyelashes in their commercials?
Yes but I guess everything is like that. When you see fast food commercials you don't see fat people eating in them only skinny ones. (I was once over 300 lbs) when in fact that crap makes you fat. yes. it's deceiving although everyone knows that they are using fake eyelashes. They can get someone with thick eyelashes but it won't be as flawless looking as the fake eyelashes.





What I hate are the 'if you want your lips to look like hers...' type of commercials where they put a girl with naturally big lips and somehow connect it to the lipstick or glow.
Well I mean if they don't use fake eyelashes it looks better because if they make the models use the actual product it will end up looking like crap on them and they wont be able to sell the product. They just wanna make you think you like the product so you'll buy it. besides alot of people have short eyelashes including models so thats prolly why they use fake eyelashes, ya know?
Yes it drive s me up the wall i cant believe they dio it someone should ring them up and give them a piece of there mind. Its unbewlkieveable people are going to buy the mascar if they think it will make there lashes look 10x bigger so yeh someone ring em up
Yeah it's really annoying, but then again I would never want my lashes to look like they do in the commercials, i think they look creepy.

Yeah that seems like false advertising! I didn't know they did use fake eyelashes, but I have tried some of those mascaras that claim all that and it doesn't work. It sure doesn't make your lashes as they are on the commercial!
because the mascara is supposed to make your lashes that long without help of the fake eyelashes. I totally agree it's bull.
Yes your right. I think they should really show what happens when you use the product. And if it does not work really well then they should improve on their work.
yeah it is very annoying... false advertising... i guess they will do most about anything to get u to buy their product.....
