If it was duo lash adhesive (latex) then all you can do is pick it off as much as possible. For the yellow liquid which is gum based soaking in warm water often helps.

You can get it off by steam ironing with a cloth over the pants, the glue will adhere to the cloth and come off of the pants. Or you can take it to a dry cleaners, they are experts at removing stains.
