Yes silly! You need a good glue and good lashes. (and eyelids to attach it to) Find the brands you like and what works best. Also before you put them on curl your normal lashes it helps blend or if you dont like that there are some great blending lash 2 lash products. Yes it can! I have done it several times. I love false eyelashes! They make your eyes look so dramatic! LOL. Anyways, It will work for sure, just make sure your putting it on right. usually its the glue that needs to be good quality...so just worry about how good the glue is..it will work the same...
